The Kids Lunch Company
We are pleased to be working with The Kids Lunch Company who are our new provider from the September 2024.
The school is registered with the council for the provision of food on site and we have met all the necessary criteria for Food Standards and Risk Assessments. We are proud of our 5* rating from the Food Standards Environment Agency.
The Kids Lunch Company offer a varied menu to help children achieve a balanced diet. All meals are ordered online. Meals for the following week must be ordered online by the cut-off time Friday 12 noon. You can place your pre-orders for the whole term in one go if you wish.
Our preference is for all pupils in Foundation and KS1 to order a school lunch as this is funded from the government under the UIFSM scheme detailed below, but if for particular reasons you prefer to make a packed lunch, that is also fine on the understanding that there will not be any spare lunch if the lunchbox is forgotten!
If your child is absent from school, it is the parent’s responsibility to cancel your child’s pre-order. Please do come and talk to us if you have any concerns.
The website to place your orders through is below, please choose 'Hughenden' from the drop down menu and the system will guide you through each page. Part of the ordering process will include the option to highlight any dietary requirements.
